How to Use:

• Steam inhalation: Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover head with a towel and inhale deeply for congestion relief.

• Diffuser: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser to clear the air and support easy breathing.

• Massage (diluted): Mix 2–3 drops with 1 tablespoon carrier oil (coconut/almond) and massage onto chest, back, or sore muscles.

• Shower steam: Add 2–3 drops to a damp cloth and place on shower floor (not directly on skin).

• Room freshener: Mix a few drops with water in a spray bottle for a refreshing, clean scent.
